When you think of a fully booked getaway, you think hotspot in the middle of the city or 7-star resort – well this beachfront escape is here to prove you wrong.
Located in Dorset, southwest of England, the Landmark Trust's Clavell Tower has been completely booked since it opened.
This spectacular cliff-top 40-foot tower, which was built in 1830 and opened to the public 178 years later, offers accommodation for two with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/dining room and lounge over four floors.
On the 3rd floor, the bedroom opens up to a balcony that circles the whole building. There’s also a seating area on the top floor that offers a strategic location to watch the changing light, weather and sea from the cozy hideaway.
The site is quite unbelievable, as the first thing you see when you wake up in bed is the sea
Clavell Tower can be booked for a three-night weekend, four-night midweek break or a week and prices start from approximately $590. The next bookings for July to December 2019 will be made available in early spring this year.
