Black 'Keepall' bag
FIFA and Louis Vuitton, who collaborated during the last two World Cup tournaments in South Africa and Brazil, have taken their relationship to new heights for the games taking place in Russia with the “Official Licensed Product” collection. An assortment of bags, wallets and luggage tags, the collection will be available from June 15 to July 15 in various Louis Vuitton stores and online.
The French company known for their luxury products has come up with a capsule leather goods collection that has variations of the “Keepall” and “Apollo” bags. It also features some smaller leather items, like the “Brazza” and “Slender” wallets. The refined yet fun collection, which is inspired by the official match ball of the 1970 FIFA World Cup, comes in the house’s classic Epi leather. Reminiscent of a classic football, the coloured hexagon designs boast a textured feel, while the white ones are smooth. The collection also sports a specially designed Louis Vuitton FIFA World CupTM logo. The LV monogram, first used on the personal trunks of Gaston-Louis Vuitton, the grandson of Louis Vuitton, the founder and visionary artisan-trunkmaker, are placed like a team badge. The majority of the football-related design feats are offered in three colours: black, red and blue.
However, in true Louis Vuitton style, you can order a customised “Keepall” bag if you want an original and unique flag-inspired coloured version. To complement it, an Epi leather luggage tag can be embossed with any of the 35 participating flags.
