Kylie Jenner Helps German Retailer Lead Footwear Game

The style icon shows sneakerheads how it’s done in her first adidas Originals campaign.

Kylie Jenner, one of the most recognised people on the planet, has joined forces with adidas Originals for its newest female silhouette, the “Falcon." And she stuns in the campaign, which pays homage to the 90s, when the sportswear giant introduced the iconic groundbreaking silo, “Falcon Dorf.”

Fittingly, the 21-year-old beauty entrepreneur, who was featured in Forbes’s annual list of America’s Richest Self-Made Women, just happens to love 90s style. “It’s really inspired many of the colour choices in my collections. From my dark matte lip kits to the bold eye shadow palettes, these looks are definitely a throwback to that time,” she said.

After two decades, the “Falcon” has been reborn and is perfect for the woman who likes to take some risks with striking colours, just like Jenner. Bold, fresh and evolved, it comes in a grey, blue, pink and black colourway, with the last two being the Kylie Cosmetics owner’s favourites. 
The key features of the maximalist design include a panelled construction in classic mesh and suede overlays, a shaped heel unit and reflective detailing. Plus, the rubber midsole ties the “Falcon” together, with juxtaposing accents of colour on the forefoot and heel.

 

Jenner, a fashion reference and inspiration to many, has even shared how she styles the sneaker. “Definitely with some adidas track pants and a crop top or a tight casual dress. They can be dressed up or down,” the mother of seven-month-old Stormi said.
