Huda Al-Ghosn is the executive director of HR at Saudi Aramco, the largest oil company in the world, and the largest company in the Middle East.
The Saudi talent management specialist has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Washington.
Her work is not only limited to Saudi Aramco, as she pans her expertise onto other ventures as well. Al-Ghosn is also a member in the board of trustees at the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management, is part of two consultative committees at the Saudi Electric Company, and is a board member of the General Organization for Social Insurance.
With over 30 years of experience under her belt, the professional has been in the company for 7 years and is the first Saudi woman to assume a leadership position in the oil company.
Al Ghosn has also been recognized on many esteemed international lists like Forbes’ most powerful Arab women in executive management, and Arabian Business’ most influential figures in the energy and oil field. The publication also granted her the Arab Woman Award in 2014.
