5 Places To Dine in Dubai Over Eid

Ramadan and Eid are all about enjoying the familial spirit of the holy month and eating delicious food while at it. With the UAE being a major hotspot for Dubai staycations or holiday breaks, there isn’t a shortage of fabulous places to try sumptuous cuisines whilst you’re enjoying time off with your loved ones. We’re sharing our top 5 places to dine in Dubai in case you were looking for some recommendations.

The Duck Hook

If you’re looking for something less traditional and a little heartier, The Duck Hook offers up a traditional British roast dinner. Located at the Dubai Hills Golf Club, you can expect to be served stockyard beef or roasted chicken with all the trimmings. Kind of like Thanksgiving – but for Eid.

The Loft

Launching with perfect timing over the Eid Al Fitr break, The Loft at Dubai Opera is officially now serving up its highly anticipated summer menu. The rich menu offers up a variety of unique flavours, including bone-in veal escalope, Canadian lobster rolls, flat iron chicken, Wagyu beef tartare, and caviar bites to name a few, all in a stunning architectural surrounding. The dishes are fabulously insta-worthy too.

Pierchic

World Ocean Day also falls on Eid weekend, on June 8th – so it’s no surprise that Pierchic, known for its “immersive over-the-water dining experience” at Jumeirah Al Qasr is serving up an ethically sourced 5 course seafood menu, alongside other vegetarian and meat options, to celebrate World Ocean Day. This one is most definitely for a special occasion.

The MasterChef Experience

MasterChef, The TV Experience opened for business in April this year – with the main incentive that past finalists and winners of the cooking competition would come to serve up some culinary delights for diners. On the 6th and 7th of June, India’s youngest ever winner, Nikita Gandhi, will be travelling to Dubai to cook up a storm with a limited edition 5 course menu. We suggest booking well in advance to avoid the disappointment of missing out on her take on Indian vegetarian food dishes, including Indian inspired Eggplant Parmigiana.

Nikki Beach

If you want to feel like you’re in the Caribbean without having to go very far, you’d be in the right place at Nikki Beach. The resort’s Jammin’ Beach BBQ at Key West is serving up some delicious Caribbean street food including Cuban Frittatas, pulled beef tostados, vegetarian Kingston patties, tuna ceviche, quesadillas and more from live cooking stations amongst some upbeat live entertainment.
