Establishing the most extensive study of the world’s best workplaces, research firm, Great Place To Work (GPTW), collaborated with Fortune to examine over 8,000 global organizations and their 12 million plus employees. The companies who made the list are those that strive to improve their working environments by creating and maintaining an “inclusive culture.”
In this year’s published top 25 World’s Best Workplaces list, there were a number of companies that have regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Tech company, Cisco made it to the top of the list, ranking as number 1, closely followed by Hilton – both of these companies have a large presence in both the kingdom and UAE, as well as other international companies like DHL Express, AbbVie and SAS, that have presence in Saudi Arabia.
