The fifth edition of the Achieving Women Forum, which was held recently at the Sofitel DubaiThe Palm Resort & Spa, celebrated the outstanding achievements of women across the MENA region.
The Achieving Women Awards, which is organised by Entrepreneur Middle East, in association with Riise, saw over 20 inspirational women who work in different sectors being honoured.
Whether they have excelled in fields like real estate, education, women empowerment, private equity or healthcare, the winners have set a high bar as role models in the region’s business community.
Presented by du and Accor, the event was moderated by CNN anchor and correspondent Julia Chatterley. Plus, the forum, which was supported by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dubai Startup Hub and others, had regional and international expert speakers talk about a variety of topics relating to women in the business realm.
These included Former Australian Prime MinisterJulia Gillard, athlete and adventurer Erik Weihenmayer and FTI Group Managing Director Roula Jouny.
