Foodies rejoice, the much-awaited Dubai Food Festival (DFF) is returning to delight you with some of the best gastronomic experiences the city has to offer. Whether you want to treat yourself to a unique gourmet meal, get adventurous with a novel food concept by the beach or find a cosy spot in an intriguing small eatery, the festival is serving up anything except a shortage of options.
Running from 26 February until March 14, the citywide culinary extravaganza will cement Dubai’s position as the gastronomy capital of the region. And the seventh edition of DFF, which is organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, is all about hailing Dubai’s culinary diversity drawn from the UAE and the cultures of over 200 nationalities found there.
Showcasing a variety of mouth-watering dining options available across the hub, the celebration of food will come to life with an appealing range of events, including annual favourites like Dubai Restaurant Week, Beach Canteen, Hidden Gems and Foodie Experiences. DFF will include masterclasses, chef tables and unique dining fare, as well as exciting new activations. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy appearances by celebrity chefs, food-related events and promotions at various retail points and restaurants too. What’s more, the festival makes for the perfect family affair, giving young and older members an insight into the latest tastes and trends from the global gastronomy scene.
