The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman entered the hospital on July 20th for medical tests. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the royal court revealed that his royal highness was admitted to King Faisal Specialist Hospital for a gallbladder infection.

During his stay in the hospital, King Salman conducted and chaired a virtual cabinet meeting and expressed gratitude to all the positive messages he received.

King Salman underwent a successful laparoscopic surgery to remove his gallbladder at King Faisal Specialist Hospital. As part of the treatment plan, the King will be recovering in the hospital located in Riyadh.
