Founder Fatma Al Hashimi started her journey with her eponymous brand from home, and grew a client base that led her to open a flagship boutique in Dubai’s coveted Wasl51 location. Her boutique is also where she designs her collections and brings them to life along with her in house production team.
Hashimi is inspired by Fatma’s love of nature and travel, and her collections are the epitome of Middle Eastern elegance that is effortless, easy, functional and modern all at once.
The label’s Ramadan 2021 collection introduces a contemporary, bohemian charm in Hashimi’s signature minimal silhouettes. Finding inspiration in lines created by nature, Fatma Al Hashimi references these naturally occurring patterns through handcrafted embroidery and signature detailing.
The color palette remains neutral in romantic tones of beige, blush, blue, forest green and grey. Lightweight fluid fabrics include silk, soft cotton, organza whilst recycled crisp fabrics and broderie anglaise contrast with relaxed and flowy in kaftans, dresses and abayas with a bronze metallic jumpsuit creating an up to the minute touch.
Luxe embroidered details adorn statements cuffs and necklines with whimsical tassels, braided strings, and raw edges add texture and bring the garments to life. Merging tradition with a modern bohemian spirit – Hashimi will have you Ramadan ready.
