With unparalleled experience in the education sector, she worked at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) as dean of the College of Education, dean of the deanship of development and skills development, vice dean for educational affairs and acting dean of the home economics faculty.
According to Arab News, the Saudi female educator first started out as a special education teacher that is specialized in learning difficulties and worked as an assistant professor of special education at PNU and Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain.

As for her own education, Al-Suleiman got her bachelor’s degree in special education from King Saud University in Riyadh and her master’s degree in learning disabilities from the Arabian Gulf University. In 2021, she finished her PhD from the University of Northern Colorado in learning difficulties with a minor in applied statistics and research methods.
