The limited-edition menu includes mango softies (actually the best part of the news), watermelon sundaes and passion fruit push pops to help beat the summer heat. The vibrant, green, 290sqm pop-up comes complete with surfboards, inflatable swimming rings, and tropical plants – making it the perfect photo opportunity. Shoppers can also find exclusive merchandise and personalise their own t-shirt with fun stickers at SALT’s heat press station.
