The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Entertainment Turki Al-Sheikh announced the slogan of the 92nd Saudi National Day on 23 September 2022 as: “It is our home.”
Even though this year's slogan is the same as last year's, it has new graphic components and a distinctive message. The identity and theme for this year is consistent with Vision 2030 and the grandiose initiatives the Kingdom is pursuing. The graphic combines two distinctive logos. One of them is a creative rendering of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's geography, and the other is a verbalization of the phrase "She is our home" written in the same Arabic Thuluth script as the Saudi flag.
On Saturday, the chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), tweeted a link to an animated card and video featuring the slogan. The past and present of Saudi Arabia are merged in the card and the movie. The "This Is Our Home" motto is based on the deep sense of pride and patriotism that Saudis have for their country, as well as the sense of belonging that residents have. "It is the homeland and the home that aspires to provide ample opportunities that enable the citizens and the inhabitants to contribute to the development and construction of the Kingdom," the GEA announced on a webpage devoted to the event.
The Saudi flag is the focal point of the new card's design, which is encircled by other symbols that stand for the key components of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which was unveiled by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. One of them is an image of the Qiddiya Project, a massive entertainment endeavor that intends to become a popular tourist destination offering distinctive experiences in the entertainment and artistic sectors. Along with a representation of the historical Diriyah as part of the Diriyah Gate Project, which aims to transform it into one of the greatest cultural sites in the world, the identity card also features renderings of THE LINE and TROJENA in the envisioned megacity of NEOM.
