Celebrities from all over the world are descending on the City of Water this week for the 79th edition of the Venice International Film Festival. The festival, which honors cinematic art, also upholds its opulent tradition of a stunning red carpet, which serves as a summer fashion high point. Attendees of the prestigious festival that began at the end of August showed that even after a two-year hiatus, life is returning to normal. Aside from Hollywood celebrities, eye-catching attire, and award-winning movies, there was another noteworthy attraction at the festival: jewelry.
Supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio is currently the front-runner in the battle to win the title of "Best Dressed". The Brazilian supermodel wore a gorgeous bright pink gown by Italian designer Ermanno Scervino to the premiere of ‘White Noise’, complementing the outfit with contemporary pieces by regional designer Hairaat, a Qatari jewelry brand.
The actress and model kept her serene appearance with an ensemble of stunning white gold jewelry that included 5 rings divided across both hands, some of which were embellished with diamonds, 2 coil bracelets made entirely of white gold, and a pair of modern hooped diamond earrings. The pieces Alessandra wore for the opening ceremony red carpet event belonged to the brand's iconic Al Jassasiya collection of designs.
Nada Al-Sulaiti, founder and creative director of Hairaat, told Bazaar Arabia that it is an honor to represent Qatari high jewelry at the Venice International Film Festival. She is grateful to have been able to introduce Hairaat to the foreign market who will revel in the brand’s collections which are exceptional in their craftsmanship, versatility, and expression of Qatari heritage.
Alessandra wasn’t the only model seen wearing the brand at the Venice Film Festival. The American model Zión Moreno also wore a pair of the brand's earrings as she joined the opening ceremony.
