According to Arab News, Alotaibi has a bachelor's degree in arts from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and is skilled in strategy, negotiation, sales, product creation, marketing, branding, public relations, market research, and management.
At Lynn University in Florida, the US, she later enrolled to get a master's degree in business administration. She also has qualifications in marketing and small and medium firm development.
Alotaibi had over ten years of marketing and communication experience and worked as a company development manager. Her area of experience is in using effective PR, marketing, branding, and communication to help firms interact and reach their target audience.
She is also the creator of three health food companies, turning a two-person health food idea into a flourishing firm in just 10 months, with major investors from the sector taking part in the celebration.
Alotaibi serves as a committee member on sustainable development, trade, and food supply for the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as a consultant for Monsha'at, the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.
