Messika Joaillerie has formed an exceptional collaboration with Gigi Hadid, one of the most popular celebrities in fashion today. To fete the 10th anniversary of its popular “Move” collection, the Parisian jewellery house teamed up with Hadid, who embodies the Messika woman with her impulsive, cheerful and bright demeanour, according to Valérie Messika, the Founder, CEO and Creative Director.

Hadid, who is half-Palestinian, has added some rock and even punk accents to the “Move” range. The 12 pieces in the “Move Addiction” range, which includes earrings, necklaces you can experiment with, rings and bracelets, feature strong designs, clear cuts and arresting shapes. What’s more, they are available in three colours of gold (white, pink and yellow) and in pavé and non-pavé versions. The only dilemma you’ll have with the striking pieces is whether to wear them on their own or stacked together.

Messika also invited Hadid to help create “Move High Jewelry Addiction,” which comprises a choker, a long necklace, a cuff and a ring. The pieces are a perfect amalgamation of “haute couture” jewellery, Hadid’s rebel chic style and the subtle elegance the French jewellery maison is known for. The company is also renowned for its groundbreaking and cutting-edge take on diamond design.

“I loved working with Gigi. Her sense of detail and her discerning eye for fashion completely won me over. Her unparalleled professionalism and her involvement with the maison throughout the development process deeply inspired me,” Messika, the daughter of the famous diamantaire André Messika, says. The multi-talented supermodel has also proved to be an accomplished designer with her Tommy Hilfiger x Gigi collaborations.
