Rita Ora, Naomi Campbell, Lily James, and Florence Pugh were among the celebrities that descended to London's Royal Albert Hall on Monday for the 2022 British Fashion Awards.

The designer of the year award went to Pierpaolo Piccioli for Valentino. The prize was given by British actress Florence Pugh who was wearing a Valentino signature red backless gown.
Yvon Chouinard, the creator of the apparel company Patagonia, was among the other recipients and was given the outstanding achievement award. Chouinard said in September that he was transferring ownership of the business to a trust that would utilize the proceeds to combat the climate change.
For its forays into the virtual world, the British clothing company Burberry earned the Metaverse World and gaming experience award.
Additionally, as part of NEW WAVE: Creatives, the event honored 50 of the world's most inventive and inspirational young creative talent.
Arab celebrities walked the red carpet, while worldwide brands showcased Middle Eastern designs. Alice Abdel Aziz, a businesswoman and influencer from Lebanon, walked the red carpet in a Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini outfit from the Fall/Winter 2022 collection.
British model Munroe Bergdorf and British actress Saffron Hocking flaunted sparkling outfits by Lebanese designer Tony Ward. In a vivid royal blue gown with a huge ruffled skirt and a sequined bodice, Bergdorf certainly delivered the drama with her outfit, while Hocking attended the event in a shimmering strapless dress with Garrad jewelry.
All the stars came out in extravagant dresses, including Kristen McMenamy in a Valentino dress, British model Jourdan Dunn in a Stephane Rolland ensemble, and model Adut Akech in a Nensi Dojaka creation. Naomi Campbell flaunted her incredible figure in a dazzling silver Valentino gown covered in sequins and ruching on the bodice.
