Aseel Omran, Saudi actress and singer extraordinaire, undraped the Dior Or capsule that is launched by the French house this Ramadan. This is not her first rodeo with renowned luxury brands as she has collaborated in the past with Bulgari and L’Oreal.
Fun fact: the Saudi creative is also the first Middle East ambassador for the French luxury house of Dior. For this year, the collaboration is a Ramadan collection that boasts of earthy, dreamy colors. Think long dresses, midi skirts, cozy knits, and the boxy jacket with CD signature buttons. For accessories, of course, the Lady Dior and Dior Caro bags stun in the collection.
Omran seems to embody the clothes perfectly, with her personal style being effortlessly elegant and sophisticated. She attests to that as she states in an official statement online, “To be honest, the best thing about the role is being able to work closely with a name that I absolutely love and respect… representing the brand in a way that brings its values to the every day. ”Other than modeling for renowned names, Omran is currently working on a play in the kingdom that will show live and will be the first of its kind. “At the moment, my life revolves around rehearsals and filming at all times, which is taking up most of the time and days, but I absolutely love it.”
Living now in Riyadh, Omran talks about how exciting Ramadan is to her, especially since the holy month revolves around quality time with her family and friends. And listen up! Dior ambassadorship isn’t the only thing we’ll be seeing Aseel shine in, as one of her latest film endeavors will be out around Eid.
Tackling quite the interesting societal topic, the movie will revolve around a family that lives in the countryside. She will play the role of a sister who tries to convince her parents that her brother is not crazy but has mental health issues. We don’t know about you, but this is the first movie on our list for this year!
In the campaign, we also see Lebanese actress Razane Jammal launching the collection as well. Aside from that, we cannot wait for all Ramadan fashion in the next following weeks!
