The expansive twofour54 Studios will boast an array of cutting-edge features, including 11 top-tier soundstages, a sprawling 3,000 square-meter exterior water tank, and six flexible standing sets, catering to the needs of filmmakers. Additionally, around 7,000 square meters of office space will be built, along with various other production facilities, including post-production, permanent tenancies, and screening rooms.
The vision for this new venture is not limited to physical infrastructure. twofour54 aims to house permanent clients and production-related firms, fostering an ecosystem of creativity and collaboration. Humaid Matar Al-Dhaheri, a board member, managing director, and CEO of ADNEC Group, emphasized the importance of the creative industries in Abu Dhabi's economic and social development, expressing pride in the contribution of twofour54 Studios to the city's aspiration of becoming a major global hub for content creation.

This led them to recognize a promising opportunity in the MENA region for an advanced production destination. Twofour54 Studios will be a top-notch venue for realizing cinematic aspirations, generating employment, and enhancing the regional economy.
The company has a remarkable track record, having been involved in bringing several blockbusters to theaters, including Hollywood franchises like "Mission: Impossible," "Dune," "Star Wars," and "Fast and Furious," as well as Bollywood hits like "Bharat" and "Tiger Zinda Hai," along with numerous regional productions. The brand-new Abu Dhabi studio will work in conjunction with their Yas Creative Hub main campus as well as other production facilities located all throughout the emirate.
