The South Korean boy band Super Junior is gearing up for an exciting performance at the popular K-Pop music festival, KCon, in Saudi Arabia. This eagerly anticipated event is scheduled to take place at Boulevard Riyadh City on October 6 and 7, with Super Junior set to hit the stage on the latter date.
Super Junior comprises members Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun. In an interview with Arab News, Shindong discussed his excitement for the occasion, emphasized the value of maintaining a strong fanbase culture, and the potential for artists and fans to have a beneficial influence on society.
Whereas, Donghae eagerly anticipates performing in Saudi Arabia, recognizing K-Pop's popularity there. He aims to bring joy to the patient fans with a memorable performance.
Ryeowook believes art can connect and inspire future artists through Super Junior's work. His goal is to create impactful songs and performances that touch people's lives.

Siwon expressed his desire to work with Saudi Arabian artists, recognizing the potential for cultural exchange to benefit both countries. Leeteuk promised to return their ardent love after being pleasantly delighted to learn about the K-Pop fan base in the Kingdom.
Eunhyuk, who will be performing twice at the festival, emphasized the diversity of Super Junior's music and performances, promising a unique experience for the audience.
Super Junior is affiliated with the South Korean multinational agency SM Entertainment, which also manages groups like EXO, SuperM, and Red Velvet.
The festival's first day will feature performances by Riize, Everglow, Highlight, Hyolyn, Kard, Super Junior-D&E (comprising Donghae and Eunhyuk), and 8Turn. On the second day, Super Junior will share the stage with Dreamcatcher, El7z Up, Evnne, Oh My Girl, Tempest, and TNX.
KCon, which originated in 2012 in Los Angeles, is one of the largest gatherings celebrating Korean culture globally. Saudi Arabia's hosting of the event stems from an agreement signed between the Saudi Ministry of Culture and the Seoul-based entertainment company CJ ENM in June 2022. This initiative aligns with the ministry's commitment to promoting international cultural exchange, in accordance with the goals of Vision 2030.
