Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa, jewel of the Maldives and recent winner of the ‘Unrivalled Luxury Leader’ award by The Leading Hotels of the World has won two gold medals in the Tripadvisor Traveller's Choice Awards 2024, in the ‘All-Inclusive Resorts’ and ‘Wellness Resorts’ categories.
The Travellers' Choice Awards' Best of the Best awards are a recognition of excellence in the hospitality industry and are awarded to those who receive a high number of positive reviews and outstanding ratings from the Tripadvisor community over the year. Of the 8 million profiles on Tripadvisor, less than 1 percent reach this milestone.
The Deluxe-All-Inclusive formula triumphed over numerous competitors to bring home the ‘All-Inclusive Resort’ gold medal, an innovative formula designed to meet the needs of the contemporary luxury traveller and has proved a huge success since its inception.
In addition, the resort’s Emerald Spa and sports centre received first prize in the Wellness World category, proving the Resort as a leader in the wellness space.
