Following suit of some of the most stylish British royal women, including the late Princess Diana and Kate Middleton, is Meghan Markle, who certainly broke the internet after she and her royal beau, Prince Harry, announced their engagement.
She may not be a royal just yet, but her sense of style is already becoming influential and any item she’s been seen wearing recently is a must-have sell-out: Markle is on her way to becoming a royal fashion icon, much like her sister-in-law to be, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge.
Meghan’s style has developed a fair amount over the years, from being a briefcase girl on Deal or No Deal, the California girl who took fashion risks with boldly studded biker jackets, crop tops and tailored shorts suits is now taking a prim and proper approach to style with some K Middy-esque ensembles.
Her most enviable looks of late are classic yet bold, and somewhat rather regal.

Always one to take a risk, Meg made some serious style statements featured here in a sassy silver number by one of her personal favourite designers, Misha Nonoo. We love how she’s shrobing (shoulder- robing) that edgy biker with a flirty white dress.
Even whilst keeping it casual she looks like a million dollars…swoon! Loving her preppy shirt and sweater with those sassing leather trousers!
From burgundy to scarlet, she stuns in shades of red: Taking a leaf from her future sister-in-law’s style book, Meghan went for colour blocking in a burgundy pleated dress and biker jacket and a matching clutch bag to boot for the Toronto Invictus Games, but it was the scarlet dress she wore for a TV appearance that took our breath away…
And finally, she broke the internet whilst announcing her engagement, dressed in a demure green dress by P.A.R.O.S.H under a classic white coat and her favourite ‘Matilde’ heels by Aquazzura.
