The eponymous brand of luxury Swiss watches Richard Mille continues to zero in on being more accessible in Saudi Arabia by opening a flagship store in Riyadh. The boutique, located on Prince Mohamed Bin Abdul Aziz Street (also known as Al Tahlia Street), is the second one the Les Breuleux -based brand has opened in the Kingdom. The first Richard Mille boutique recently started welcoming visitors in Jeddah.
“Our presence both in Jeddah and Riyadh since 2009 has allowed us to understand Saudi’s refined sense of luxury and to build on their knowledge of Richard Mille. They now have a space where to experience the brand and our highest quality of service,” Peter Harrison, CEO Richard Mille Europe, Middle East and Africa, says.
Devotees of the brand founded in 1999 will be thrilled to find the boutique showcases a complete range of Richard Mille timepieces. Known for details like its triple-decker cases, curved surfaces and robust movements, the watch company offers an array of options, from highly complicated timepieces to sports watches. The store will also display new ladies’ collections, jewellery pieces and limited editions.
As well as its practical location, on a street that’s home to a vibrant urban community and one of the most exclusive luxury retail destinations in Saudi Arabia, visitors can delight in the store’s welcoming décor. Reflecting the brand’s style, light colours, exotic woods, leather and rich fabrics make up the interior. Flawlessly crafted cracked glass juxtaposes the natural surfaces and an intricate indirect lighting system enhances all the elements. Additionally, a VIP lounge offers guests a comfortable and relaxing environment where they can discover the timepieces at their leisure.
