3. The oatmeal mask
A filling breakfast on its own, oatmeal is powerful face soothing agent for all skin types (hello, acne-prone!). Grind two tablespoons of oatmeal in a blender or food processor. Add one teaspoon of baking soda (optional) to the oatmeal with enough water to make a paste. Apply the oatmeal paste onto a clean face. Rinse off with cool water after 10 minutes.
