Bayan Mahmoud Al Zahran

Bayan Mahmoud Al Zahran made history by becoming one of the first female attorneys in Saudi Arabia in 2013. Aiming to break down barriers, in 2014, she launched an all-female law firm with the goal to fight for the rights of local Saudi women, as well as assisting courts in understanding legal matters from a female point of view. This trailblazer has inspired women looking to practice law, taking 7th place as Most Powerful Arab Woman in the 2015 list by Arabian Business magazine, and was also included in Fortune's 2015 list of the World's 50 Greatest Leaders.
