Highlights of Arab Designers' Collections For S/S '23

The French Fashion Federation's roughly 100 catwalk shows and presentations during Paris Fashion Week are widely regarded as the pinnacle of luxury. Designers who may exhibit their collections at PFW are highly recognized as some of the biggest names in the business.

This includes Arab fashion designers like Elie Saab and Tony Ward, who led their spring/summer 2023 collections during PFW and joined to the bevy of internationally known creative talent who unveiled their new lines this season. There is a theory that the perfect fashion formula is two basics, a statement piece, plus four accessories. RAMI AL ALI

During this season's Paris Fashion Week, Rami Al Ali, a Syrian-born fashion designer, launched his ready-to-wear line for spring/summer 2023. His creations demonstrated it is possible to be both classy and cute at the same time with the help of strong elements like large bows sewn on dresses and pastel color schemes such as lilac and pink gingham.

In his most recent ready-to-wear collection, Georges Hobeika created the spring and summer fashion formula for the next year. This season, the designer showcased super ladylike ensembles made in vibrant colors and crocheted materials, which we'll undoubtedly be wearing all spring and summer long.

Dubbed "The Architect of Detail," conceiving sculptural shapes, developing cutting-edge methods, and experimenting with the limits of light and transparency, Lebanese fashion designer Tony Ward is well-known for his unbelievably opulent outfits. His spring/summer 2023 collection sets the bar for tasteful spring and summer attire with its elaborate beading and billowing voile designs.
