Guerlain’s new flagship Boutique in Dubai Mall has been designed to create an exquisite customer experience, highlighting the Maison’s most precious creations from High Perfumery to High cosmetics. Customers will get to discover and try products in dedicated private lounges where their Guerlain journey begins with tailor-made consultations to find their fragrance and their beauty routine. Customers will learn the Art of Guerlain gestures during dedicated Masterclasses or bespoke facial treatments in the boutique’s Facialist Suites.
This fantastic journey into Guerlain's world will be fully completed by the Art of Personalization and Gifting with ultimate and endless possibilities to make the client’s product so unique, up to the Maison’s Bespoke fragrance creation service which acts as the epitome of Guerlain’s fragrance know-how.

The new flagship boutique has been designed with exclusive fixtures to feature the Maison’s most iconic lines and a private lounge to create a comfortable, confidential and exclusive shopping experience. To celebrate the historical relationship between Guerlain and artists, Tarek Benaoum, friend of the Maison, created an exclusive Art Masterpiece which will sublimate the private lounge.
The architecture is infused with elegant, pure lines, modern yet classic, with hints of the Maison’s heritage reflected in details & materials. Developed in collaboration with French craftsmen, the material palette is comprised of selected precious, natural and textured materials: gold brass and cord in tribute of our baudruchage, fabric & wallpaper for a Maison feeling, matte oak wood, nude plaster, Japanese garden textures and palissandre marble.
