Banana Cake

Ingredients
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup liquid milk
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 mashed bananas
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
- Salt
- Cooking spray
Method
- Mix white vinegar with ½ cup of milk, and set aside
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg with vanilla and sugar
- Add the butter and mix
- Pour the milk and vinegar mix over the eggs mix, and whisk
- Add the mashed banana, and whisk
- Place a strainer on top of the bowl, and add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
- Whisk all the ingredients well
- Use cooking spray at the bottom of the cake tray
- Pour the cake mixture in the cake tray
- Mix the powdered sugar with the flour, cinnamon, and melted butter
- Spread the glaze mixture over the cake mixture evenly
- Place cake tray into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 40-45 minutes
- Serve warm or cold
