Seasoned Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Coating:

  • 1 cup four
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
     

Buffalo sauce (4 tablespoons):

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chicken spice
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ¾ cup water (mixed with 2 teaspoons starch)
  • ½ kilo chicken wings
  • Deep frying oil

Method

  1. Mix flour with black pepper and salt in a side bowl.
  2. Coat chicken wings with flour fully.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, and stir-fry chicken wings until browned.
  4. To prepare the Buffalo Sauce: add the tomato paste, soy sauce, ketchup, ready-made buffalo sauce, garlic powder, chicken spices, black pepper, salt, and then mix with starch and water.
  5. Dip chicken wings in sauce.
  6. Serve hot.
