Gelatin-free Cheesecake

Your usual scrumptious cheesecake but with a healthy twist. Whether for your afternoon tea settings or late night sugar kicks, this no-bake, gelatin-free sweet is here to save the day.

OF AN ADULT'S REFERENCE INTAKE

Ingredients

The base:

  • 2 cups ground biscuits
  • 100g melted butte
     

For the second layer:

  • 1 liter liquid milk
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon powder vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons semolina
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 250g cream cheese


For decoration:

  • 1 can cherry sauce
  • Pistachios, as desired

Method

1. Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter
2. Spread the mixed biscuits evenly
3. Stir the milk, sugar, vanilla, semolina, and starch in a heated pot
4. Add butter, cream cheese, and continue stirring until it solidifies
5. Pour the second layer’s ingredients on the biscuit layer
6. Refrigerate mixture for 4 hours
7. When serving, spread the cherry sauce with pistachios on the surface
