Kuwaiti entrepreneur and influencer Noha Nabil has teamed up with Bourjois Paris for their new “The Velvet Nude Collection.” The four shades found in the lip colour range, an extension of “Rouge Velvet the Lipstick,” have been specially crafted to cater to Middle Eastern women.
The long-awaited collaboration between Nabil, a social media influencer who gained immense popularity through Instagram, and the French avant-gardist cosmetics company, came about after Nabil visited the Bourjois Paris hub in the French capital. She then worked hand in hand with the brand known for its French quality standard and 'joie de vivre' spirit. And thanks to the Instagram sensation with 5.1m followers, women in the region now have access to a nude lip colour that perfectly suits their skin tones, whether it’s a luscious brown or peachy nude.
Surrounded by desserts, an array of colours and paint palettes, Nabil, who also has substantial followings on her ’Noha Style Icon’ blog and YouTube channel, came up with four shades to delight the beauty buffs in the Middle Eastern region. “For me, I believe one of the biggest challenges I have faced was that I never found that perfect nude for my skin tone, this is something that I am certain many women in the Middle East face, but have no fear… The four shades of the “Velvet Nude Collection” are here, ” Nabil, who initially found fame as a TV presenter, said.
Additionally, Bourjois Paris’s co-creation with the Kuwaiti fashionista is an expansion of the “Rouge Velvet the Lipstick” range, meaning the lipsticks are matte, long-lasting and easy to apply with the tip being high in precision.
